After all this, invert the Gateway sheet and draw body structure on Paper. Your Croquis is ready. Now fill in the colour of the skin tone.(flesh colour) Fill it with the dress and colour as you like. HOW TO MADE CASHMERE FABRIC

Cashmere fabric is warm, soft, downy fabric. It is specially used for making warm cloths. How to made Raw material in Fabric it is given below:-

v  Shearing

First, the goats are allowed to grow full coats of hairs. Without harming the goats the shearing process can be accomplished in variety of ways.

 


v  Cleaning

Next, the raw wool is picked through and any dirt on wool are remove


v  Combing   

Individual wool fibers are combed into straight lines and they are carded 

into light groups of fibers.



v  Spinning

Carded fibers are fed into a spinning machine which twists the wool fibers to

 form yarn.


v  Cleaning, Dyeing Etc.

The yarn is cleaned again and, if dye is desired, it may be applied at this point.





v  Weaving  

The finished cashmere yarn is woven into a textile product.



v  Final treatments 

 Before garments leave the facility, they may be treated with flame retardants or other final treatments.



v  Packing and fulfilment  :- The final products are packaged, branded, and made ready for sale.

Cashmere fabric typically used in Pajamas, Sweater, Jumper, Scarf, Trousers, Jacket, Sock, Outer coat, hat, Blanket, Glove etc.
